Ka Huna restores balance while promoting health and vitality. Pregnancy Ka Huna

Ka Huna is a deeply nourishing massage during pregnancy in which deep mind and body relaxation fosters the connection between mother and child.  It can ease muscle aches and pains as well as help alleviate any stress and anxiety a mother may have about her journey.   It is especially helpful for preparing the mother and her body to birth.

Who am I?

After living in Australia for nine years I have returned back home to England. During my time in Australia I lived a very nomadic lifestyle; this allowed me to follow the sun, and in doing  so,  I came across a unique bodywork massage called Ka Huna.
