At Hideout we design wellness retreats and holistic experiences harnessing the power of collective connection.

I was lucky enough to collaborate with Marigold from The Hideout Retreat during Spring 2023 for a long weekend and again in Summer 2024 for one of her gorgeous day retreats. Plans to work together again towards the end of the year so watch this space.

In March 2024 I was invited to massage at one of Rainbow Sounds Level 2 crystal sound bowl retreats in the beautiful hills of the Sunshine Coast in Australia. If you’re interested in sound healing these wonderful humans are the people to learn from.
